06-25-2009 Don's Meals + Exercise

Breakfast: Left-over Steak with 2 eggs
Lunch: Chef Salad
Dinner: Chicken leg quarter plus an extra theigh.
Snack: Pork Rinds
Lots and Lots of water (I don't report this all the time but it's true every day)

Exercise: 2 hours at the gym in the pool
