05-28-2009 Sunny's Meals and Exercise

Breakfast: A shake and coffee with splenda and half and half
Lunch: 'bout 6 thin slices of roast beef rolled up with some hot mustard, water

Snack: Sugar free Jello with whipped topping

Dinner: Talapia and a salad with crumbled feta cheese, water

Exercise: moving my hand to my mouth while eating :-\
