05-12-2009 Don's Meals

Breakfast: Coffee - Half/Half and Sweet-n-Low
Lunch: Protein Shake
Dinner: Reheated Prime Rib Roast and cauliflower with butter

Snack: Pork Rinds (maybe.. if I feel like them.. not very hungry right now)

At least 40 oz water at work and another 60 oz by bed time (yep, up at least 2 times to pee tonight! TMI.. um sorry)
