Colorado Omlette: Egg, cheese, bacon, ham cubes, sausage with cheese and pot roast on top. OMG it was wonderful.
Lunch: Skipped because of BIG breakfast
Dinner: Out at Outback
Prime Rib (end cut.. my favorite) and a salad wedge with blue cheese.
