Breakfast: A shake, low carb slim fast and coffee with splenda and half n half
Lunch: I honestly don't think I had any... hahaha ...I forgot if I did.
Dinner: tiny meatballs with zucchini and green onions and mushrooms, a nice change from chicken.
Dessert:Strawberries (4) with splenda
Snack: sugar free jello with whipped topping
