Breakfast: Atkins Shake
Lunch: Rib Steak and Broccoli
Dinner: Atkins Bar

Snack: Pork Rinds

Exercise:
15 minutes around the track, 5 laps in the pool plus water exercises for 15 minutes. Steam room after exercise.
