Breakfast: 3 egg Omelette with Monterey Jack cheese and salsa, Crispy Bacon
Lunch: Homestyle Ham (no sugar) and Havarti Cheese Roll-ups on Romaine with Horseradish Mustard
Dinner: Gourmet Burgers on the BBQ (with cheddar and peppers inside) on Romaine (not bread!)
Snack: Pork Rinds and some Blackberries
Lots of water with flavorings (crystal light, Arizona Tea, 4C.. All no calorie and no carbohydrates) They make the water go down much easier.
