Lunch: Egg salad made with a small amount of onions and celery, bacon pieces and mayo....mmmmm, Plenty of water
Dinner: Left over roast beef with 1/4 cup of mushrooms, asparagus and salad, water water
Snack: Sugar free jello with whipped topping, water
