Relaxed day....
Breakfast: A shake
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms
Snack: 4 bite sized boneless breast of chicken pieces.
Dinner: Boneless Chicken breast cooked with olive oil, spices and zucchini, shallots, bell pepper, and a few grape tomatoes. Delicioso!!
Snack: Jello and whipped topping
