4-04-2009 Don's Meal Plan

Traveling day today:

Breakfast at home with Ed:
Coffee, Bacon, Portobello Mushrooms with Eggs
Lunch will be an Atkins Shake
Dinner will be on the plane. I'll only eat the salad and any protein on the dish.. I promise
