Today was a great day!
Breakfast: shake, coffee, water
Lunch: Strawberries and whipped cream and water
I was just in the mood for something sweet ;)
Dinner: 3 links of Italian sausage and a salad, diet soda
Snack: 3 oz. of asiago cheese and pepperoni slices and water
I drink water (lot's of it) in between my meals as well. It's a good thing I like it so much !

I'm curious about your shakes, how do you make a good protein shake??? p.s. i like vanilla!
