I cooked today....Mmm, it smells so good in here. Check out what's for dinner.
Breakfast: A shake and coffee and two glasses of water
Lunch: A fried meatball made with no bread crumbs!
Dinner: 1 cup of zucchini (steamed) with 2 tbs of tomato sauce
1 piece of sausage and 1 meatball with a salad of arugala and 4 black pitted olives. Water or diet Sierra Mist
Snack: Jello and whipped topping
Snack: 5 berries with splenda
All that for under 20 carbs..........Shrinkin' and lovin' it!
