Feeling so much better today...
Breakfast: A shake and water
Lunch: A home made burger (it was so good, I will have to add to the recipe page) with a slice of cheese on top, water
Dinner: A salad with cucumbers and a few ounces of broiled chicken
lemon water (yayyy for lemons) Coffee with sweetnlow and half/half
I might have a berry later, they're HUGE, so only need one ... or 2 ;)
