Snack: 4 bite sized boneless breast of chicken pieces.

Dinner: Boneless Chicken breast cooked with olive oil, spices and zucchini, shallots, bell pepper, and a few grape tomatoes. Delicioso!!

Snack: Jello and whipped topping

Breakfast: Nope.. wasn't hungry
Lunch: Shake and Iced Coffee
Dinner: Out at Texas Roadhouse... 16oz Sirloin steak with mushrooms and onions, broccoli and a mixed salad with ranch (no croutons). I ate half the steak and brought the rest home for a meal sometime tomorrow.

Lots of fluids.. as always.. (Watch out man... it's a gusher!)

Breakfast: Atkins Shake
Lunch: Corned Beef and Alvacado Sandwich in Romaine Lettuce
Dinner: Roasted Chicken and Broccoli and Cauliflower mix steamed

The roast chicken turned out SOOOO good. I used the 'Set-it and forget it' rotisserie from Ron Popeal.

Also, I have all my meals for breakfast for the week prepared ahead of time. I scrambled eggs with Portobello mushrooms and cooked a bunch of bacon. I can reheat in the mornings so I have a more substantial breakfast than a shake. I also have already cooked roast chicken and prime rib in the freezer / refrigerator for dinners during the week!

Snack: 1/4 cup Blackberries

Dinner: 2 helpings of Roasted lamb, ham, green beans with bacon (the best ever), Roasted brocolli with pinioli nuts, 1 tbs. of pasta made with truffle mushrooms. ( I had to) and two helpings of the most amazing salad with nuts and cheese and minced craisins and baby tomatoes, wow!!!!

Dinner: Easter afternoon at my sister-in-law's house. I had plenty to eat, peppers and sausage, meatballs and Italian wedding soup (minus the rice). I had 2/3 cup of sliced strawberries and 1 tbs whipped cream. I drank plenty of liquid today (I'm sure I'll be up tonight :) )

4-09-2009 Don's Meal Plan

Breakfast.. boy was I hungry..

I had scrambled eggs (runny again), bacon (under cooked), sausage and some sliced ham. Coffee with milk.

Lunch: Lunch was 2 hard boiled eggs that I swiped from the hotel breakfast buffet.

Dinner: They are taking us out for dinner at a place on the coast (so we can sit and look at the Mediterranean Sea). Update: Dinner was nice but unexpected. I asked for help ordering from the French people with us. I ended up with a big plate of RAW shellfish, including oysters, muscles and clams. I have had raw oysters before, but not raw muscles.. and I won't even go into what they looked like.. but.. I did eat some of each of them. I had grilled shrimp (HUGE SHRIMP) for dinner.. i didn't eat the baked potato that came with it. In the end (literally) the raw shellfish gave me a bad reaction, so I will know not to have that again!

Tomorrow morning: Breakfast at the hotel then taxi to airport (plane leaves at 9:00am our time (3:00am EST). We fly into Orly in Paris then at 1:00pm our flight leaves for Newark NJ. We get into the Newark airport at 4:10 pm Friday..

Lunch: Protein bar.

Dinner: Out with collegues. Dinner out with the group was posponed until Thursday. Had Roasted half of a chicken and a salad.

Good meal day. BTW. Someone brought in cresant rolls for the group ... I passed on them ( of course) but I'd better get out of this country soon.

I've been trying to drink a lot of water, nut it is not as available. I am guessing I got abput 30 oz all day.

All in all a good day considering all the tempting choices I have been faced with!

Dinner: Out at indonessian restaurant: On my way now!
Back from dinner. Had roast chichen, roast lamb with yogurt cucumber dressing.

Lunch: A fried meatball made with no bread crumbs!
Dinner: 1 cup of zucchini (steamed) with 2 tbs of tomato sauce
1 piece of sausage and 1 meatball with a salad of arugala and 4 black pitted olives. Water or diet Sierra Mist

Snack: Jello and whipped topping
Snack: 5 berries with splenda

All that for under 20 carbs..........Shrinkin' and lovin' it!

Lunch: Out - Roast Chicken, Polish Sausage with Kraut, Steamed Cabbage
Dinner: Lunch was late, and I ate more than I should have (but nothing off plan), so I wasn't really hungry for dinner. I had some pork rinds 

Note to self: be sure to eat all 3 meals a day.. you doe-doe and watch the portions at any one meal.

Today was a great day!

I was just in the mood for something sweet ;)
Dinner: 3 links of Italian sausage and a salad, diet soda

Snack: 3 oz. of asiago cheese and pepperoni slices and water

I drink water (lot's of it) in between my meals as well. It's a good thing I like it so much !

I was a little tired and groggy this morning, but I'm ok now.

Breakfast: A shake
Lunch: Challenge. I am going to challenge myself to walk up to the cafeteria in another building and get something good to eat. I'll edit this later to let you know how that went.

So, sweaty and salty, I got back from lunch with a little exercise below my belt. I had sliced turkey (sans the gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes) and brocolli. YEAH for choices

Dinner was 2 roasted chicken leg quarters and some strawberries.

Plan: Lots and lots of water. ... Drank TONS of water
