4-02-2009 Don's Meals

Didn't eat before I left for work today. I wasn't hungry at all.

Breakfast (around 8:00am): Atkins Shake
Lunch: Ruby Tuesdays Bacon Cheeseburger (bunless), salad and brocolli
Dinner: Porterhouse steak, Cauliflower

Lots of water today with Crystal light.. about 80 oz so far.. still more tonight.
