A delightful day...
Breakfast: a Shake, coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and splenda
Water
Dinner: 2 helpings of Roasted lamb, ham, green beans with bacon (the best ever), Roasted brocolli with pinioli nuts, 1 tbs. of pasta made with truffle mushrooms. ( I had to) and two helpings of the most amazing salad with nuts and cheese and minced craisins and baby tomatoes, wow!!!!
Dessert: 5 large strawberries with whipped topping
