A relaxing Sunday...
Breakfast: Coffee with splenda and half/half
Lunch: A Shake and 2 glasses of water
Dinner: Roast beeef with mushroom au jus and asparagus with a small salad (vinegar and evoo)
Snack: 1 cup of strawberries and whipped topping
Drinking a lot of water is the key!
