Busy Day Today...
Breakfast: shake, coffee
Lunch: 3 eggs with zucchini and topped with a little grated Parmesan
Dinner Out: Burger with mushrooms and very little fried onions and cheddar cheese, a few green beans and a salad with oil and vinegar
Dessert: Sugar free Jello with whipped topping
Plenty of water today
