It was a cooking day...
Breakfast: A shake, coffee, water
Lunch: Fresh baked ham pie and lots of water (ham was a little salty)
Dinner: Sweet Italian sausage with mushrooms and zucchini and a salad with a few black olives and cubed provalone.......... MMmmm
Snack/Dessert: Jello, whipped topping
