Breakfast: Ended up missing breakfast.
Lunch: Out - Roast Chicken, Polish Sausage with Kraut, Steamed Cabbage
Dinner: Lunch was late, and I ate more than I should have (but nothing off plan), so I wasn't really hungry for dinner. I had some pork rinds
Note to self: be sure to eat all 3 meals a day.. you doe-doe and watch the portions at any one meal.
I have to do the cabbage more often, it's a great fiber source. Good choices!
