I was a little tired and groggy this morning, but I'm ok now.
Breakfast: A shake
Lunch: Challenge. I am going to challenge myself to walk up to the cafeteria in another building and get something good to eat. I'll edit this later to let you know how that went.
So, sweaty and salty, I got back from lunch with a little exercise below my belt. I had sliced turkey (sans the gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes) and brocolli. YEAH for choices
Dinner was 2 roasted chicken leg quarters and some strawberries.
Plan: Lots and lots of water. ... Drank TONS of water
