07-20-2009 Don's Meals + Exercise

Breakfast: Atkins Shake
Lunch: Big Salad with Zuchini, Radishes, some tomato and Blue Cheese and 2 chicken drum sticks (big lunch because no dinner - Gym Night)

Exercise: 2 Hours - Laps in Pool and Pool Exercises / Steamroom
