Breakfast: coffee with the usual and water
Lunch: A shake and water
Mid afternoon: 3 Eggs with salsa and 1 tbs. of shredded cheddar cheese
Late night out: 1 Meatball, 2 slices of roast beef and a salad
Beverages: 1 Martini and then Coffee with the usual (no dessert tho ;)
