I have been doing the usual... Atkins shakes and coffee in the morning, a salad with some type of protein (usually chicken chunks or turkey or tuna), and then another salad for dinner with meat. This week I had roasted chicken legs and left-over pork ribs from the BBQ last weekend.
I'm leaving on vacation and will be on cruise ship around all types of FOOOODDDD, but, I will stay focused and enjoy the cruise, not gorging on the food.
