I had at least 2 salads each day, with various proteins (about 6 oz). Chicken, turkey or roasted pork. Breakfasts were always Atkins shakes, they are so easy in the morning (4:00am uggg).
Dinners which were not salad were eggs with bacon one night, hamburgers on the grill with mozzarella on romaine with slice of tomato. Dinner last night (Saturday) was salad bar and a wonderful prime rib end cut.
As you can see, my meals during the week are pretty set, shakes, salads with protein.
Snacks during this week were pork rinds with cream cheese, walnuts, pecan halves. I came up with a great new desert... Shaved ice (like in a snow cone) with sprinkled crystal light (my favorite fruit punch or their mandarine orange). I was in heaven.. it was really like a desert.
