09-29-2009 Sunny's Meals

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs and a coffee with splenda and half and half
Lunch: An Atkins low carb shake
Dinner: 1 boneless breast of chicken cooked in Italian dressing and added to a delicious salad with some tomato slices and olives and pepper jack cheese.

After dinner coffee and some water....I feel good!
