Saturday Meals:
Breakfast: Coffee and Half/Half
Lunch: Salad with cheese and some pork loin
Dinner: BBQ at friends. Chicken, a Hamburger and some grilled vegetables. Green salad
Sunday Meals:
Breakfast Atkins Shake
Lunch: Missed, was at the gym
Dinner: Left-over grilled chicken and vegetables from the BBQ
Exercise Sunday: 3 hours at the gym, swimming, walking around the track and steamroom
