Lunch: Mixed Salad with Chicken and Blue Cheese
Dinner: Other have of Lunch Salad
Water, Crystal Lite, Water... repeat and pee
Exercise: 2 hours at gym. Swimming and Pool Exercises / dry sauna (steam room broke)
VERY LONG DAY...!! but WOO HOO I made it to the gym
