05-28-2009 Don's Meals + Exercise

Meals:
Breakfast: Shake
Lunch: KFC Grilled Chicken (2 breasts) and a side salad with ranch
Dinner: after gym.. not too hungry.. pepperoni, cheese, pork rinds.

Exercise: 2.5 hours at the gym
Swimming and pool exercise for 1.5 hours
Sauna and Steam Room / Relax.. Feel Great
