Breakfast: 3 eggs with 2 slices of American cheese and coffee with half and half and splenda
Lunch: a shake
Dinner: broccoli and a salad....I made a roast pork and shredded it for the kids, but I've decided I don't like it shredded, so I passed on the meat.
Snack: 1 cup (too many) sunflower seeds and lots of water
