I hadn't felt as good as I felt this morning in a very long time.
Breakfast: 3 eggs with salsa & mushrooms, coffee, water
Lunch: A shake, water
Dinner: 2 Roast beef and swiss cheese roll ups
Snack: A shakeSnack: Strawberries with whipped cream, vanilla & splenda.
Water, water, and more water all day long
Same thing (mostly) as yesterday because I didn't have a lot in, but it's here now.
Actually I had the strawberries for dinner and the roll ups are sitting beside me now.
