3-31-2009 Sunny's Meals

I hadn't felt as good as I felt this morning in a very long time.

Breakfast: 3 eggs with salsa & mushrooms, coffee, water
Lunch: A shake, water
Dinner: 2 Roast beef and swiss cheese roll ups

Snack: A shakeSnack: Strawberries with whipped cream, vanilla & splenda.
Water, water, and more water all day long

Same thing (mostly) as yesterday because I didn't have a lot in, but it's here now.

Actually I had the strawberries for dinner and the roll ups are sitting beside me now.

Off to blog...

3-31-2009 Don's Meals

Off to a good start today:

Breakfast: 3 eggs and 3 slices of bacon, Coffee
Lunch: (Yes I made it last night) 3 Roast Beef and 1 Turkey and Cheese Roll-up with horseradish mustard.
Dinner was some home made italian sausage and pickled eggplant, given to me by Sunny Girl. It was yummy and exactly what I need for a meal. 

Snack Later: Nuts (Walnuts and Pecans) and a bag of BBQ Pork Rinds (small)
Drinking today, 60 oz at work, 32 plus oz this evening.. Going to be up peeing all night. :)

3-30-2009 - Sunny's Meals

Monday Monday

Breakfast: 3 eggs with salsa & mushrooms, coffee, water
Lunch: A shake, water
Dinner: 2 Roast beef and swiss cheese roll ups, pickled eggplant and sliced cucumber, Diet Slice

Snack: A shake
Snack: Strawberries with whipped cream, vanilla & splenda, water

I will not stress-eat!

An amazing day!!

Breakfast: Coffee and a shake, water
Lunch: Out- Portabello mushroom and mixed green salad, slaw and asparagus, water
Dinner: Meatballs without bread in mix, Italian sausage and green salad

Snack: Asiago cheese, pickled eggplant and homemade sausage, water

Can't wait to wake up and play with my new computer! ;)

Ugggg.. back to work.. it's a Protein Day

Breakfast: Shake
Lunch: Shake
Dinner: Leftover Shrimp Slaw
               Turkey and Swiss on Romaine with mustard

Snack: One oz. Walnut/Pecan mix

Desert: Feau-Strawberry Shake - See Recipe Page

I need to make lunch for work tomorrow - tonight. (I DID!)

At least 80 oz water today

Great day today.

Breakfast: A protein shake
Lunch: Out - Angus Burger with bacon and cheddar (no bun) and asparagus 
Snack: Home made sausage and pickled eggplant
Dinner: Out - Cedar Plank Salmon and broccoli, salad with ranch dressing

Not planning a snack tonight.

I should have drank more water today.
