Lunch: 1 whole chicken leg with water
Dinner out: Pulled pork, 2 breadless meatballs, 3 slices of provolone cheese, and two strips of seasoned chicken breast....and water
Snack: 4 berries and 1/4 cup of blueberries with whipped topping
